Arc Towers
This is a furnished condominium unit for rent at Arc Towers, a residential and commercial development by ABC Prime at the corner of N. Bacalso Avenue and V. Rama Avenue in Cebu City. Because it’s furnished, you can move in with your clothes and personal things instead of buying furniture first. Message me for the monthly rate, the lease terms and a viewing schedule.
Right in the downtown school and hospital belt
Arc Towers sits where the south road meets V. Rama Avenue, close to some of Cebu City’s oldest universities and busiest hospitals. That makes it practical for students, review-center takers, nurses, doctors and anyone working downtown. Driving distances from Google Maps:
Universities
- University of San Carlos main campus, about 1.3 km
- Cebu Institute of Technology–University (CIT-U), about 900 meters
- University of Cebu main campus, about 1.3 km
- University of San Jose-Recoletos, about 1.4 km
Hospitals
- Adventist Hospital Cebu, about 280 meters
- Cebu City Medical Center, about 1.6 km
- Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center, about 1.7 km
- Chong Hua Hospital in Fuente, about 1.9 km
Shopping and errands
Gaisano Capital South is about 1.2 km away, Robinsons Cybergate in Fuente about 1.9 km, and SM Seaside City Cebu about 3.4 km. For bargains, the stalls of Colon Street and Carbon Market downtown are a short jeepney ride away.
Getting around from Arc Towers
Here’s how getting around works from the building, whether you’re heading south, to Mactan and the airport, or around the city.
To and from the south
The Cebu South Bus Terminal is only about 600 meters down N. Bacalso Avenue, so weekend trips home to Talisay, Minglanilla, Carcar or further south are easy. That’s a real plus for students and workers from the southern towns.
To Mactan and the airport
The CCLEX starts at the South Road Properties, near SM Seaside, so crossing to Cordova and Mactan is often quicker from here than going through Mandaue. Google Maps puts Mactan-Cebu International Airport about 14.6 km from the building.
Around the city
Jeepneys run along both N. Bacalso Avenue and V. Rama Avenue. Head up V. Rama to reach Guadalupe, or go along N. Bacalso toward downtown and Colon. Taxis and Grab pick up easily at the corner.
Inside the building
Listings for Arc Towers mention a swimming pool, a fitness gym, a sky garden and viewing deck, a work and study lounge, 24-hour security, key card access for the elevators and full backup power. I’ll confirm which of these tenants can use when you view the unit.
How renting through me works
- Tell me your dates. Send me your move-in date, how long you plan to stay and how many people will live in the unit.
- View the unit. I’ll schedule a viewing in person, or a video call if you’re moving from another city or abroad.
- Get the terms in writing. Before you pay anything, I’ll send the monthly rate, the deposit and advance required, who pays electricity, water and internet, and the minimum lease period.
- Prepare your documents. Usually a valid ID, and for some owners proof of school enrollment or employment. Students may need a parent or guardian to co-sign.
- Sign and move in. We go through the unit together and note the condition of the furniture and appliances, so your deposit is protected when you move out.
Why rent through me
I’m Junaliza Doña, a PRC-Accredited Real Estate Salesperson (Accreditation No. 0032714), DHSUD-registered (Reg. No. R7-A-09/26-8832), under licensed broker supervision at Filipino Homes | Leuterio Realty. Renting through someone accountable means the terms are clear and in writing, and you have a real person to call if something comes up. If you later decide you’d rather own nearby, ask me about Primeworld Pinnacle in Guadalupe, further up V. Rama Avenue.
