Privacy Policy

I’m Junaliza Doña of Junaz Homes, a PRC-Accredited Real Estate Salesperson (Accreditation No. 0032714) working under my supervising broker, Elisa C. Gaviola (PRC Reg. No. 0027364), Filipino Homes | Leuterio Realty.

This page explains what details I collect when you contact me through junazhomes.com or my Facebook and Instagram ads, why I need them, and what you can ask me to do with them. I follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

What I collect

When you send an inquiry on this website:

Your name and contact number
What you’re looking for, or the property you’re asking about
Your budget range
How you’d like me to reach you, plus your Messenger profile link or email address if you choose one of those
Which page you sent the inquiry from

When you fill out a form on my Facebook or Instagram ads:

Your name and mobile number (Meta may ask you to confirm the number with a one-time code)
Your answers to the form’s questions: what you’re looking for, when you plan to buy, and whether you’d like a payment computation, a viewing or both
If you agree to be contacted on Messenger, a chat opens between you and my Junaz Homes Page

When you message me directly on Messenger, Viber, WhatsApp, SMS, email or by phone, I see whatever you choose to send.

When you browse this website: I use Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It uses cookies and collects things like your device type, browser, rough location (city level) and the pages you view. It doesn’t give me your name or contact number. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings.

I don’t ask for IDs, income documents or bank details through this website or my ad forms. If you decide to reserve a unit later, the developer will tell us which documents they need, and I’ll explain how to send them before you share anything.

Why I use your details

To reply to your inquiry and send what you asked for, such as a payment computation, available units or viewing schedules
To follow up about the property you asked about, in the way you said you prefer
To keep a simple record of who I’m helping and what the next step is
To understand which pages and ads bring in inquiries, so I can improve them

I use your details because you asked me to help you with a property. I won’t add you to a mailing list, sell your details or use them for anything unrelated to your property inquiry.

Where your details go

My web host runs this website and its database, and keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.
My website stores website inquiries in its database, sends me an email copy, and adds a row to a private Google Sheet that only I and the people who help me manage inquiries can open.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) collects ad-form answers and passes them to me. Meta handles your information under its own privacy policy.
Google provides my email, the Google Sheet, Google Analytics and the fonts this website uses (your browser contacts Google’s servers to load them). Google handles that data under its own privacy policy.

Meta, Google and my web host may store data on servers outside the Philippines.

Who I share your details with

My supervising broker, Elisa C. Gaviola of Filipino Homes | Leuterio Realty, when they need it to supervise or record a transaction
The property developer, only when you’re ready to reserve or ask me to register you for a viewing or quotation, and only the details they need for that step

I don’t sell your details or share them with advertisers. If the property you ask about is handled by another accredited agent or broker, I’ll ask you first before passing on your name and number so they can register you. Apart from the above, I only share your details when the law requires it.

How long I keep your details

I keep inquiry details while we’re in touch about a property. If an inquiry doesn’t go further, I delete it from my website, email and inquiry sheet within 2 years of our last contact. Some copies, such as website backups and file version history, can take longer to clear. Copies Meta keeps of ad-form answers are handled under Meta’s own privacy policy. If you buy or reserve a property, I keep the records your developer, my broker and the law require for that transaction.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act, you can:

Ask what details I have about you and how I’ve used them
Ask me to correct anything that’s wrong
Ask me to stop contacting you, or to delete your details
Withdraw your permission for me to contact you at any time
Use the other rights the Data Privacy Act gives you

Just message me using the contact details below. I handle privacy requests myself. If you’re not happy with how I handled your request, you can complain to the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.

Keeping your details safe

Access to inquiries is limited to me and the people who help me manage them. Accounts that hold your details are password-protected, and I don’t post client details on social media without your permission.
